Les Privilodges and the Contracting Party agree to the following terms of sale :
Under these terms of sale
Les Privilodges shall provide the Guest with a fully-equipped, furnished apartment for temporary use only;
Les Privilodges does not grant authorization to use
Les Privilodges as a registered business or personal address. The facilities and equipment are understood to be perfectly clean and in working order.
The Contracting Party denotes the Guest and the Company in the event that it is the Company that signs the contract.

CHECK-IN AND PAYMENT Guests may check in after 5 p.m. and must check out before 10 a.m. By checking in to the apartment, the Guest unconditionally accepts these terms of sale.
All rental fees must be paid in advance. For rentals of more than one month, payment is made on a monthly basis.
Late payments may result in the immediate termination of the contract and full payment of amounts due.
If the Guest checks in late, rental fees will be charged starting on the arrival date indicated in the contract.

RATES Rates are stated in euros and include all taxes and utility charges (water, electricity, gas, tenants’ liability insurance) except for the tourist tax and optional services.
Rates cover the use of a furnished apartment and unlimited linen changes.

LAWS AND RULES GOVERNING THESE TERMS OF SALE This contract is covered by one of the exclusions provided for under Article 2 of French law 89-462 of July 6, 1989 (relative to furnished rentals); therefore, this contract is not subject to the provisions of said law or of French law 48-1360 of September 1, 1948.
There shall be no tacit renewal of the contract. If the Guest requests an extension of the stay, and if the request is accepted by
Les Privilodges, a new contract will be drawn up covering the extension.
Les Privilodges cannot guarantee the availability of the same apartment or rate in the event of an extension.

RESERVATIONS Reservations are considered firm once the signed rental agreement, credit card number* with expiration date, and the credit card security code (usually the last three numbers on the back of the card) are received. A deposit of 35% of the total amount of the stay (capped at 15 nights) will be charged to the card at the time of the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the contract start date will result in cancellation charges equivalent to the amount of the deposit mentioned above. The same cancellation charge also applies in the event that the Guest does not show up for the reservation (no-show).

RESERVATION CHANGES Les Privilodges has chosen not to engage in overbooking, which enables us to guarantee that our Guests receive the apartment they have chosen on the dates they have reserved.
Therefore, we ask that our Guests inform us as far in advance as possible of any changes to their reservation. Reservation changes must be made in writing. The date the change is received will be considered the official notification date.
Les Privilodges accepts reservation changes at no charge when the change requested is an extension, subject to apartment availability. For early departures, however,
Les Privilodges accepts changes at no charge only if notification of the change is received more than 30 days prior to the actual departure date. Early departures for which Les Privilodges receives notification less than 30 days prior to the original departure date indicated in the contract will incur an early departure charge.
The early departure charge is calculated as follows :
(30 days less (ADD less DNR)) multiplied by the daily rate. ADD = Actual Departure Date. DNR = Date Notification Received.

THE GUEST'S OBLIGATIONS Les Privilodges provides each Guest with an apartment that is clean and in perfect working order. The Guest agrees to use the apartment in such a way as to maintain its original condition. In the event that housekeeping services are required to restore the apartment to its original condition, an hourly fee of €23 not including tax will be charged. The minimum housekeeping fee is €50 not including tax.
Any claims concerning the proper functioning, cleanliness, or condition of the equipment and furniture in the apartment made more than 24 hours after check-in will not be accepted. An inventory form is available to the Guest upon request at the reception desk.
Les Privilodges reserves the right to invoice the Guest for the total replacement cost of any items, furniture, or equipment that is broken, cracked, chipped, or damaged; the cost of cleaning bedspreads, sofa slipcovers, and cushions; and compensation for damage to curtains, paint, plaster, wallpaper, ceilings, rugs, carpets, flooring, windows, bedding, etc.
The Guest will be charged for repairs resulting from negligence or poor upkeep during the rental period.
If the Guest fails to perform any of the obligations in this contract or behaves in a way that is contrary to what is stated in this contract,
Les Privilodges reserves the right to terminate the rental contract without notice or other formalities.

RIGHT OF ACCESS Les Privilodges reserves the right to enter the apartments for maintenance, safety, or showing purposes.

DEPOSIT The Guest must provide a credit card* number. Costs resulting from damage to the apartment rented or the furniture or equipment in the apartment rented or any cleaning costs or services used will be charged to the credit card provided.
If the Guest does not have a credit card, a deposit of €640 paid by cash or check (which will be cashed) will be accepted.

INSURANCE As a renter of furnished apartments
Les Privilodges is not responsible for Guests' property left in the apartments, parking areas and garages, or common areas. The insurance policy held by
Les Privilodges covers only tenants’ liability.

GOVERNING LANGUAGE The English version of these Terms of Sale is for information only. In the event of a dispute, the French language version shall prevail.
*Les Privilodges accepts credit cards on the Carte Bleue, VISA, Eurocard, and MasterCard networks.
