Les Privilodges is committed to providing you with apartments of the highest quality.

We take great care when preparing our apartments for your stay. Our management team personally checks each apartment prior to your arrival. Our aim is to ensure that everything is perfectly clean and in working order when you check in.
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your apartment or if you find that anything is missing or not working properly when you arrive, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

We count on you to maintain the quality of our apartments during your stay.

When you leave the apartment, it must be in the same condition it was in when you arrived. Therefore, we recommend that you do not modify the current setup of your apartment.

If any of the furniture, equipment, walls, or floors have been damaged, please do not try to repair them yourself. Instead, we ask that you report any damage to us before you leave. Our housekeeping staff is familiar with the fabrics and other materials used in our apartments and has the appropriate cleaning products available.
Your reporting any damage in a timely manner will enable us to make the necessary repairs or replacements before the next guest arrives.
In the event of damage, we will ask you to pay repair or replacement costs before you leave. The amounts will be determined according to the rates charged by the professionals called in to handle any repairs or replacements.
With regard to the final cleaning of your apartment, if you do not wish to handle it yourself, our housekeeping team is available. You will be charged an hourly cleaning fee of €23 not including tax. The minimum amount invoiced for housekeeping services is €50 not including tax.
